We hope you are pleased with your order, however if you would like to return any items, we will be happy to refund a product within 28 days of receipt, provided it is in a fully resaleable condition and non-perishable.
If you would like to use our convenient returns service with a postage fee of £4.00. Please contact us by telephone to arrange the return at which point our helpful staff will take payment and answer any queries. If you wish to arrange your own courier to return the order please ensure that you keep the proof of postage. Please place a copy of the order invoice in the parcel, if you could please note the reason for return.
Once received to store, we will check your item and if everything is OK, issue a refund to your original method of payment/exchange the item and then email you a confirmation/update.
Please note riding hats are non-returnable.
Please ensure the item is sent in its original packaging and then in another postal box/packet to protect the item to resale. We are unable to accept returned goods if the product packaging has been used as the outer postal packaging as we are then unable to offer the goods for resale to other customers.
